DSI Trephine Drills are designed for implant removal, exposure, and maintenance. Also, trephine drills can be used for biopsies, or for harvesting bone in autogenous bone graft placement.
The drills prevent damage to the bone since they only touch a single point at its apex. They have laser-marked score lines to determine the depth of the socket and are perforated for better air circulation and reduced heat generation.
DSI Trephine Drills have a latch-type (RA) connection that can be connected with any contra-angle handpiece. Made of high-quality stainless steel, autoclavable and reusable.
