This is a special torque ratchet that has an external lever, ensuring a constant, non-changing high torque. This ratchet has been specially designed for implants, as many brands require a torque of more than 45Ncm. Especially during immediate loading, the higher torque is essential to ensure successful implantation. The torque can be adjusted from 25Ncm up to 100Ncm.
