The dental elevator is a dental tool that allows more convenient and easier tooth extraction when it comes to a stable tooth that is difficult to remove. The tool is inserted into the jaw between the root of the tooth and the bone that holds it and gives the possibility to "rock" the tooth and take it out of the bone with less trauma to the patient. During operation, the elevator weakens the connection of the tooth for easier removal of the tooth.
